Why HACCP
The Indonesian government requires a food safety and quality management system by implementing Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP). Implementation in agribusiness and agro-industry activities must have a person responsible for food safety and quality who is HACCP certified, such as: Horeca Industry (Hotel – Restaurant – Catering & Cafe) and Hospitals.
