Semarang, 26 September 2023 – Department of Fisheries Product Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University (UNDIP), held a Public Lecture with the theme “Implementation of HACCP at PT Kelola Laut Nusantara.” This event will take place today, September 26 2023, from 09.30 to 12.00 WIB, at Building G202. This Public Lecture was attended by students who took the Integrated Quality Assurance Course for Fishery Products (21st Batch THP). In this event, participants will gain in-depth insight into the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) in the fishing industry, especially at PT Kelola Laut Nusantara. Four speakers who are competent in their fields will share their experience and knowledge with participants. These speakers are:

This Public Lecture is an important forum for students to understand the practical application of the HACCP concept in maintaining the quality and safety of fishery products. Apart from that, this is also a valuable opportunity for them to learn from industry practitioners who have successfully implemented HACCP in company operations. The UNDIP Fisheries Products Technology Department hopes that this event will provide great benefits for participants, helping them understand the importance of quality control in the fishing industry, as well as providing valuable insight in pursuing their professional future.
